Successful Ta' Monita launch

The new Ta' Monita Residence in Marsascala launched last month was a success and sales targets set for September will be reached before the end of this month, according to Tumas and Gasan groups, joint developers of this complex.

In the same way that Portomaso set standards for the St Julian's area and Tas-Sellum in the north, Ta' Monita is expected to have a similar impact on Marsascala.

Joe Gasan and George Fenech, the driving forces behind the project, said the current world economic climate should also be considered a time of opportunity and challenge.

The development covers an area of over 16,000 square metres.
