Just a drive to St Paul's Bay demonstrates that behind a well set-up fence and tree hedges there are cropping a number of scrap yards. All this is occurring on pristine agricultural land and extends from across the road in front of Qannotta valley next to Burmarrad cemetery.

It is so strange that no local authority or any NGO noticed what is so evident.

We often heard Mepa demanding the clearing of scrap yards but that often happens after years of lacking enforcement.
