The naked cowboy

Robert Burck, known as The Naked Cowboy, performing at Times Square in New York. The Naked Cowboy, who appears on a regular basis on good weather days to perform and pose for photos with tourists, is to run for mayor of New York on a platform of "bringing transparency to a whole new level".
