Man charged with stealing paintings and furniture
A man was arraigned in court charged with stealing objects of value, including paintings and furniture, between September 4 and 7, 1999.
The man, Jimmy Sammut, was also charged with accepting stolen goods and with disobeying, threatening and injuring police officers.
He is a relapser.

Relapsers, I guess society fails to correctly redirect people that do wrong the first time.
