Around 150 people marched through Valletta yesterday morning as part of the Gay Pride parade. Representatives of the political parties, including MEP Simon Busuttil and Labour MP Evarist Bartolo, joined trade unions and NGOs involved in the social sector and marched behind a banner saying 'If you're not outraged you're not paying attention'. It was the highlight of a week of activities, called Divercity Week, held by the Malta Gay Rights Movement.
