Valletta coach Ton Caanen is confident that his team will be "serious opponents" for St Patrick's in this evening's Europa League second qualifying round, first leg tie.
The Dutchman has the utmost respect for St Patrick's, who have already played 20 games in the Premier League of Ireland, but he is also heartened by the positive atmosphere among his squad and Valletta's vibrant displays in their matches against Iceland's Keflavik.
Caanen is also pleased that around 70 Valletta fans are expected to attend this evening's match at Richmond Park.
