Suspended jail term

A Serbian man was given a suspended jail term after admitting to having a false Slovenian passport. Magistrate Michael Mallia handed down a one-year jail term suspended for three years. Nebojsa Stojanvic, 36, left Malta last night on a flight to Serbia.
