Man admits using counterfeit banknotes
A man who tried using two counterfeit €50 notes was conditionally discharged today after he pleaded guilty in court.
Simon Camilleri, 21, admitted to trying to use the two banknotes in a nightclub in April.
The court, in delivering sentence, said it had considered his early guilty plea and and his collaboration with the police.
