A taste of summer with E&D
The Times' food and drink magazine, E&D, will be a jam-packed issue full of seasonal delights, with recipes to keep readers cool and refreshed during the warm months.
This month, E&D takes a trip to Barcelona to check out the sangria and paella and to give readers the best insider tips about which restaurants to book and which sites to visit.
Those who prefer something a bit more exotic will definitely enjoy reading all about the attractions that Libya has to offer. Read all about the country's food, its people and its fascinating culture.
Resident chef Concita Demicoli is back with a selection of recipes based on the favourite summer vegetable (or fruit) - the humble tomato. Tomatoes are in full season and this collection of recipes will go down a treat with all those who like to make the most of Malta's fresh produce.
On the drinking front, this month's spotlight is on that well-loved summer drink - tequila. Whether it's a cocktail, a long drink of a slammer, E&D tells you how to get it right. And because by now even school holidays have started and all parents can spend time at the beach, there's also a review of Malta's top beaches, including where to get the best ice-creams, coffees and snacks.
E&D, edited by Ramona Depares, will be distributed free with The Times tomorrow. It is published by Allied Newspapers Ltd and designed by MediaMaker Ltd.
