New ICT company to address corporate solutions

ICT Ltd is a new company set up to address high-end ICT solutions for the corporate market. The company is a joint venture between the Forestals Group and klf consulting Ltd. Trading under the name of ICT Solutions, the company has already recruited its top management team.

"The venture brings together the financial backing and the corporate standing of the Forestals Group, with the market insight and management experience of seasoned industry professionals. At Forestals we have already been involved successfully in IT through our alliance with HP, and through this venture we now intend to expand on this success, and enter the ICT solutions market," said Tancred Tabone, chairman of the Forestals Group and of ICT Ltd.

Keith Fearne, representing klf consulting in the venture, has been appointed managing director of the company. He said: "We are very excited about this venture. In a corporate environment where clients are looking for business solutions, there is a clear space for a dedicated team of experts to come in and integrate traditional information technology with communications, to deliver solutions which cut costs and improve efficiency. There are various technologies on the market, but few businesses are actually managing to integrate these successfully to their full potential. At ICT Solutions we intend to do that for our clients."
