ALPS to celebrate St Anne at Pwales chapel
The Association of Lyceum Past Students (ALPS) will be celebrating the feast of St Anne at the saint's chapel in Pwales Valley with Holy Mass on Saturday, July 11, at 7 p.m.
The ALPS Choir will be in attendance and after Mass will entertain the guests with parts of its lively repertoire. There will be light refreshments for all.
The chapel is reached by turning left just before starting the uphill road to Xemxija, St Paul's Bay. Over the past eight years ALPS has held the feast two weekends before the liturgical feast of St Anne, so as to avoid congestion problems with the feast of Our Lady of Sorrows at St Paul's Bay.
