Martial arts festival winner

Nine-year-old Clara Sciberras won the Martial Artist of the Year award during the Martial Arts Festival organised by the Gozo Spirit Combat Association at the Gozo Sports Complex in Victoria.

The Gozo Spirit Combat Club, the TAO Spirit Combat Club and the Zanshin Spirit Combat Club took part in the junior section, while the Gozo Spirit Combat Club and the Gozo Kick Boxing Club participated in the senior section.

More than 30 competitors took part.
