Studying abroad can be an enriching and an eye-opening adventure. It has been proven that medium to long-term experiences abroad help individuals to further enhance their career prospects and create new opportunities.

Studies show that employers in the fields of business, finance and international affairs increasingly seek to recruit graduates who have studied abroad. They know that students who have successfully completed an overseas programme are likely to possess international knowledge and often second-language skills.

Mindful of all this, the European Institute of Education (Eie) has just set up a new unit called Study Abroad, the main focus of which is helping Maltese students further their education in one of the institute's foreign partner-universities.

For more information call Mario Xuereb, international relations and communications manager, at the Eie, on 2133 2804, e-mail m.xuereb@eieonline.com or visit www.eieonline.com.
