General manager for Regus Malta

Leading provider of pioneering workspace solutions Regus recently appointed Jan Karl Farrugia as general manager of its first Malta centre.

Mr Farrugia will be responsible for the operation of the Malta branch as well as its connection with the global networking of Regus International.

Mr Farrugia has a hospitality industry background, with over 10 years' experience in various sectors of this industry. He is former director of sales and marketing of the Six Senses Resorts and Spas in Oman and previously occupied sales and marketing positions at Special Interest Travel Ltd, a leading Maltese destination management company, and Corinthia Hotels International.

Mr Farrugia, 34, a BA Hons graduate from the University of Malta, said he is excited to join such an innovative and dynamic company and was ready to put Malta on the map in yet another global venture.
