Man charged with firing shots at father-in-law's house
A man who fired shots at his father-in-law’s house in Zebbug yesterday night denied slightly injuring his father-in-law Carmelo Farrugia and damaging the wall of his apartment.
The shots were fired during a family argument in Zebbug yesterday.
His wife begged the police not to let her husband Keith Micallef, 30, out because she was scared of him.
Police Inspector Chris Pullicino noted that consequences could have been more serious consequences because the gun was fired where there was a baby.
Mr Micallef was also charged with firing a weapon within 200 metres of an inhabited area.

I as a licenced firearms owner agree with you Mr Oatman. However lets also see if afterall his shotgun was a licenced one.

Another article somewhere else stated "He was also accused of being in possession of a weapon without a licence,"
Looks like he was already not licensed.
I hardly read an article where a firearm was involved and the person committing the crime was regularly licensed to keep that firearm.
Thousands of LICENSED firearms = no crimes
Almost ALL crimes = UNLICENSED firearms

Lets hope if this guy did fire a gun at someones house, all his guns are confiscated and he can no longer be licensed to own a gun.
