Senglea bring-in site
A formal complaint was made to the Senglea council regarding the bring-in site bins that are not emptied according to schedule.
The local council told us they have been chasing Wasteserv for a number of weeks, but their efforts led them nowhere. The council also claims to have involved an official from the Environment Department to assist them in this matter.
The council has asked us to put more pressure on the management of Wasteserv. We therefore ask them publicly to honour their commitment as this is a health and safety issue that should not be ignored.

The skips which used to be placed close to Senglea Gate where removed and never returned, assumingly by the local council. I hope they'll be brought back soon as people are using the area to throw their rubbish around every corner. I cannot call these irresponsable persons as nobody is pretending them to keep stinking rubbish bags inside their homes especially during the hot Summer months. Could the Senglea LC please take note.

The waste bins are also full up in Mosta, the free phone message is to call during working hours Mon' to Fri, it is a joke, there should at least be a machine to record messages,Waste serve seems to have run out of lorries to collect material from the bins.. If they cannot do the work ,hand it to somebody who can, to keep the streets tidy. QED.
