A third man was yesterday arraigned over a brawl between two gangs in Senglea yesterday week.
Amadeo Brincat, 18, pleaded not guilty to seriously injuring Keith Vella, 20, during the fight.
The fight was over a girl who allegedly dumped Mr Vella for another man. The two men's friends got involved and the incident erupted into what Police Inspector Jesmond Borg des-cribed as a massive brawl.
Magistrate Michael Mallia granted Mr Brincat bail against a deposit of €1,000 and personal guarantee of €10,000.
The court also ordered the accused not to go anywhere near the Senglea regatta club.
Lawyer Joseph Giglio appeared for the accused.
Mr Vella and another youth, Joseph Pace, 20 have both been charged with causing serious injury during the fight.
