Would-be drivers are being taken for a ride by motoring instructors who never tell them when the test is due so that, week after week, for months on end, they keep them taking lessons they often do not need. Their excuse is that they are only allotted a few places for tests and so one has to wait.

Isn't it time for ADT to inform us citizens about the waiting list for the driving test? In an area where there has already been abuse, this lack of transparency and dependence on driving instructors should be discontinued at once.
