The Westin Dragonara Resort has been awarded the Marque of Excellence Award by Thomas Cook. This award criteria was based on customer recognition for exceeding high standards of service and quality of accommodation.

"We select reputable business partners and work with them to ensure that our exacting standards are maintained. Our holidaymakers constantly provide us with feedback on the quality of their holiday through customer service questionnaires that help us recognise that there are hotels and apartments that consistently exceed our uncompromising standards," Manny Fontenla-Nova Thomas Cook CEO said.

This award adds to the list of accolades that The Westin Dragonara Resort boasts of having achieved throughout the 11 years of operation.
