A man with psychiatric problems was jailed for one year after exposing and touching himself in public in the presence of two women in separate incidents last Friday.
The 41-year-old resident of Valletta admitted to exposing himself, swearing and relapsing in his home town.
Magistrate Anthony Vella jailed him for one year after taking into consideration he had relapsed.
This is not the first time the man was jailed. On January 10, Magistrate Edwina Grima had jailed him for three months for indecently exposing himself to a woman a day earlier. The court had noted he had serious psychiatric problems and needed help.
Police Inspector James Grech prosecuted.
