The European Documentation and Research Centre (EDRC) in conjunction with the Malta European Studies Association (Mesa) and with the support of the European Commission are organising the following seminars:
Susanne Burri from Utrecht University will deliver a talk on 'Gender and the renewed social agenda of the EU' on Friday at 6 p.m. at the Gardjola suite, Corinthia San Gorg, St Julian's.
Alina Tryfonidou from the University of Leicester will address the subject 'Purely internal situations and reverse discrimination in a citizens' Europe: Time to 'reverse' reverse discrimination' on July 6 at 6 p.m., at the Carlson suite, Level 5, Radisson SAS Bay Point Resort, St Julian's.
Gavin Barrett from the School of Law, University College, Dublin, will talk about 'Recent European Court of Justice Cases on collective employment law rights or how to help doom a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty without really trying' on July 14 at 6 p.m. also at the Carlson suite.
