SPCA Malta and The Dogs Trust, a British association,have launched a neutering and education campaign to solve the problem of stray dogs in Malta.

The two associations have a budget of €150,000 a year to target and neuter stray dogs over the island.

The associations will also focus on creating more awareness for owners to neuter their dogs.
