Man caught trying to steal radio from bus
Two bus drivers caught a Libyan man trying to steal a radio from a bus at the Valletta terminus yesterday morning.
The police said the 30-year-old escaped from the vehicle by breaking a window and jumping out of it.
However, a traffic policeman in the vicinity promptly arrested him.
Nothing had been taken from the bus but a small amount of money was missing from another one nearby.
District police are investigating.
