An international summer school about the interfacing of sciences and humanities is being held between June 29 and July 10 in Rimini, Italy. There are grants available for three Ph.D or research Master's students to join the summer school, which forms part of the ACUME European thematic network.

The summer school will bring together humanities scholars in areas such as anthropology, history of science and epistemology, cultural studies, literature, visual arts and cinema, media studies, linguistics, and bioethics, with scholars of science areas, including physics, mathematics, biology, and biotechnology, bioinformatics, genetics, medical sciences call and pharmacology, computer science, demography, with the aim of fostering the development of new inter-disciplinary areas.
