Carmen Agius, Niki Pisani, Roberta Girard and Thea Pisani at The Rocks Surf and Turf, now open at the Preluna Beach Club. The menu is based on the concept of fresh chargrilled food. Original cocktails and fresh drinks can be enjoyed at the bar, complemented by a line-up of DJs as well as live bands at night. The Rocks Surf and Turf is open daily from 5.30 p.m. to midnight.
