A diver examines the periscope tower of a Soviet submarine that was sunk during Finland's winter war in 1940. The wreck was discovered by divers near the Aaland islands, close to the border of Finnish and Swedish territorial waters. According to a team of six divers, who were looking for the wreck for 10 years, the submarine is identified as S-2, and sunk with all 50 hands on board on January 2, 1940 after hitting a mine.
