Burnt oil was yesterday discovered on the parvis and steps of the Chapel of Mary Magdalene at Dingli Cliffs in what is believed to be an act of vandalism.

This is the second time the chapel has been targeted by vandals after a similar incident in May 2008 when blue paint was thrown at the façade.
