School's golden jubilee

I wonder if your readers can help us out in retrieving mementoes, memorabilia, correspondence and photos connected with Maria Assumpta Girls Secondary School, Ħamrun, especially in its early years as a secondary technical school.

These are needed for the school's 50th anniversary celebrations. All items loaned will, of course, be returned. The school is planning to hold a talent show on June 25 and the public is invited to attend. The 50th anniver- sary celebrations proper are scheduled for November 23 and all ex-students and ex-staff of Maria Assumpta are invited. Other activities are also being planned.
