Refurbishment programme at Bay Street Hotel Complex

The Bay Street Hotel Complex has just completed a refurbishment programme, which has seen the hotel's lobby totally refurbished and the lifts on either side of the complex changed.

The refurbishment of the hotel's lobby consisted of a total up-haul and a complete change in design, décor and colour scheme. In keeping with today's modern design trends, the lobby has now been given a minimalistic décor. The whole area has been re-tiled and all partitions have been removed to create a sense of open space. The earth tone colour scheme and matching brown settees have also helped to give the lounge area a tranquil and serene ambience.

Together with the refurbishment of the lobby, the management has also changed three of the complex's lifts. The new lifts are larger and more efficient than the previous ones and can carry up to 13 passengers each.

Speaking about the refurbishment programme, Bay Street Hotel Complex's CEO James Davis said: "This refurbishment programme forms part of our commitment to ensure that the complex remains modern and contemporary looking. Although maintenance works are on-going at Bay Street we felt that this project needed a major investment and a complete new décor. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome, which has been commended by all our customers".
