Global Capital's human resources team has been awarded City & Guilds recognition, which raises the company's status to approved training centre for the international training body's programmes.

Global Capital plc is the only local financial services institution to hold this recognition from an international trainer. City & Guilds, the leading vocational awarding body in the UK, offers over 500 awards across a wide range of industries.

Global Capital is now able to offer employees internationally approved and accredited training and certification leading to better career progression within the investment and insurance group.

A company-wide training programme is underway, covering issues like customer services, health and safety, computing and management.

With over 8,500 centres in 100 countries, City & Guilds is recognised by employers worldwide for providing qualifications that offer proof of the skills that employees need to get the job done.

City & Guilds have worked with a cross-section of organisations including The London Underground, Shell and Hong Kong Management and Association and have trained the likes of Karen Millen and Gordon Ramsey.
