Air Malta chief executive Joe Cappello recently presented a cheque for €11,750 to Fr Martin Micallef, director of Dar tal-Providenza, at the airline's head office. Air Malta employees agreed to have money for Dar tal-Providenza deducted from their salaries and the airline topped-up the sum they raised with an equal amount of money.
