Team-building exercise for AX group staff

A training event was recently organised by AX Group for its management team. The team-building activity was also attended by management representatives from the Suncrest, The Palace and The Victoria hotels in Sliema, and from the company's head office.

The half-day event was designed to challenge and inspire the entire team, focusing mainly on team-building and communication in an environment open to ideas and creativity.

The team met at the Valletta Waterfront, where they were briefed by Duncan Zammit, director of Uphotomalta, who also presented them with a pack containing information and guidelines for assigned tasks.

After their tasks, the group met again at the Waterfront and enjoyed an excellent lunch at Tal-Kaptan.
