Following failed attempts to contact by e-mail the Water Services Corporation, querying the service charge of a recently-received bill of a hardly-used premises except for the occasional parking of a car, I would like to ask whoever is responsible why garages of the mentioned category (just to park a vehicle) have to carry a water and electricity service charged at a commercial rate?
