I refer to the report Production House Explains Why It Ditched Morning Show Presenter (May 27), regarding the judicial protest filed by DeeMedia.tv against John Bundy.

I am directed by the editorial board to clarify that the editorial board never divulged any information regarding details of any production house's submission to any other production house.

In this particular case, two production companies that submitted practically identical applications (content wise) were each asked to clarify whether they had exclusivity over the services of the presenter that was to host their programme if this were chosen to be part of TVM's 2009-2010 schedule.

This information was essential for the editorial board to be in a position to make its recommendations to the PBS board of directors.
