Zazu Football School recently held a sports seminar at the Westin Dragonara Resort featuring key speakers David Attard, a specialist in occupational medicine and sports and exercise science, nutritionist Wayne Attard and life coach Claude Camilleri.
Dr Attard spoke about how discipline during training relates to behaviour at home and school. Football is a team sport that carries responsibilities because children have to work for their teammates, he said.
Mr Attard stressed that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and said that the right food will increase stamina, agility and recovery, as well as prevent injury and illness.
Mr Camilleri added that although we don't always make the best choices in life, one must not look back but keep grasping new opportunities.
This seminar is one of the series of events planned by Zazu Football School, which is now open in San Ġwann and Mellieħa. More information about the school can be found at www.zazufootballschool.com or e-mail info@zazufootballschool. com.
