Police arrest four for drug possession

The police have arrested three persons after finding ecstasy in their possession at a party at Ta'Qali last night.

The police said they had arrested a 30-year-old woman from Qawra and two men, aged 18 and 25 from Marsascala and Tarxien respectively.

The police also reported that they arrested a 35-year-old man from St Paul's Bay last Thursday on suspicion of drug trafficking. The man was arrested following a tip off about trafficking in Qormi. He was found to be in possession of heroin.
