Xagħra scouts mark anniversary
The Xagħra scout group marked the first anniversary since its re-activation last Sunday.
The event formed part of the activities in honour of St John Bosco, the patron saint of youth.
The scouts marched from their headquarters to Xagħra parish church where thanksgiving Mass was celebrated. Group scout leader Vincent Vella led all Beavers, Cubs, Scout Ventures and Rover Scouts in renewing their promise.

Happy anniversary to the Group Scout Leader, Leaders and scouting members of the Xaghra Scouts of Gozo, on their first anniversary of their group's reactivation.
Your efforts to make this world a better place through the Scout promise to do one's duty to God, Country and to help others at all times, truly reflects the Scout Association of Malta's motto, "Make a difference ......we do".
Heads up, keep smiling, and make you have many good years ahead
