Inter celebrated their fourth straight Serie A title in style as they cruised to an easy 3-0 win over Siena at the San Siro last night.

The scudetto crown, won in coach Jose Mourinho's first season in charge of the nerazzurri, was wrapped up on Saturday when Milan lost 2-1 at Udinese but that didn't dampen the party atmosphere in the San Siro.

Inter began by playing champagne football with tricks and flicks the order of the day until the side started to knuckle down and play the type of game that has brought them success this season.

They opened the scoring with their first real chance on 44 minutes after Siena goalkeeper Gianluca Curci beat out Mario Balotelli's free-kick and Dejan Stankovic's reaction, but he could do nothing about Esteban Cambiasso's second follow-up.

It was a fitting goal for Inter's defensive midfield lynchpin who has been a vital cog this season.

Just seven minutes after the break the game was over as a meaningful contest as Balotelli beat the offside trap, rounded Curci and rolled the ball into the net with the outside of his boot.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic added the third with his 22nd league goal of his most prolific of five seasons in Italy, shooting through Curci's legs on 76 minutes.

That even allowed Mourinho to give reserve goalkeeper Paolo Orlandoni a run out before the party began.

Earlier in the day, Juventus were held to a 2-2 home draw by Atalanta to leave third spot in Serie A and an automatic Champions League place far from secure.

The draw, their seventh league game without a win, was played behind closed doors after fans were banned for racist chanting at last month's Turin draw with Inter.

Fourth-placed Fiorentina are just a point behind Juve with two to play after Alberto Gilardino sealed a 1-0 home win over Sampdoria.

Third spot in Serie A guarantees a group stage berth in next season's Champions League while fourth offers a place in the qualifying round for Europe's top competition.

Juve coach Claudio Ranieri has only been confirmed until the end of the season and his confidence-lacking side did nothing to stop the speculation about his future.

In the eerily quiet Stadio Olimpico, Luca Cigarini put the visitors ahead after two minutes before Vincenzo Iaquinta and a stunning shot from Cristiano Zanetti gave Juve the lead.

Poor defending allowed Maximiliano Pellegrino to equalise on half-time and Atalanta went on to hit the woodwork three times.

The only ray of light for Juve was fifth-placed Genoa's 2-2 home draw with Chievo, which means the Turin club will finish at least fourth this term because they are six points above Genoa and have a better head-to-head record.

Striker Diego Milito, heavily tipped to shortly join Inter by the media, made it 1-1 for Genoa with a 58th minute penalty but Sergio Pellissier struck for Chievo five minutes from time to seal a point.

Genoa are five behind Fiorentina with two games left and look destined for the Europa League (UEFA Cup) next term.

Almost-doomed Lecce slipped five adrift of safety at the bottom after Sergio Volpi's stoppage-time goal gave Bologna a 2-1 win over coach Giuseppe Papadopulo's former side.

Bologna remain in the relegation zone, though, after fourth-bottom Torino won 2-1 at Napoli to stay a point ahead.

Second-bottom Reggina are four below Torino following a 2-1 victory over Cagliari.
