Two Maltese belly dancers will join Chicago's Fringe Benefits troupe and their teacher and director, Chellcy Reitsma, in an on-stage performance at the 10th edition of the international Stockholm Belly Dance Festival on Saturday.

The two dancers, Jane Camilleri and Joanne Mallia, co-founders of the Bellydance Malta school and performing troupe Ya Habibi, will also be attending workshops with talented Egyptian dancers including Aida Nour and Tito.

Ms Reitsma will be coming to Malta after the festival and teaching several courses at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels throughout next month and July. She will be teaching her trademark Classical Egyptian belly dance style and also offering workshops in Spanish-Arabic dance fusion and Samba-Arabic fusion. Beginners are welcome.
