An afternoon seminar on doing business with Switzerland will be held by the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry, and the Swiss-Maltese Chamber of Commerce at the Exchange Buildings, Republic Street, Valletta, on Friday at 4 p.m.
Speakers include Foreign Affairs Minister Tonio Borg, and First Secretary of Economic Affairs at the Swiss Embassy in Rome, Philippe Praz.
Kurt Kamber, president and founder of the Swiss-Maltese Chamber of Commerce, and a financial services professional, will give a presentation. Mr Kamber has promoted business between Malta and Switzerland for over a decade.

Meanwhile, a delegation of business people from Milan will be in Malta between May 25 and 27.
Their visit has been organised by the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry, in collaboration with the Milan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Malta Enterprise.
The delegation includes company representatives from Agres SRL, ERG Renew Spa, Imesa Spa, Right Management SRL, Scrap SRL, Landini SAS Di P. Borgio & C, and Technitalia Servizi SRL, and may interest various sectors, including construction, alternative energy consultants, waste treatment operators, government contractors, marine/naval suppliers, large consumers in manufacturing, human resources, international recruitment firms, and outsourcing of IT.
Business meetings will be held at the Exchange Buildings on May 26.
