Bad choices and decisions cost Hibs

I have some questions to ask Hibs coach Mark Miller following our team's goalless draw against Sliema Wanderers on Monday.

First, why was the penalty taken by Terrence Scerri? With all due respect to our team's top scorer (and I wish him a speedy recovery from his injury), we all know that he is not a penalty-taker. In my opinion, that was Andrew Cohen's job.

Second, Zeferino Soares Borges was totally out of form on Monday. Why was he not replaced?

And, third, was there any valid reason why Clayton Failla was given the responsibility to take all the free-kicks?

I fully agree with the referee's decision to disallow Soares Borges's 'goal' as he definitely struck the ball with his hands. However, I totally disagree with the ref and his assistant for having disallowed Scerri's goal in the first half. He was definitely not offside and the decision probably cost Hibs the three points.

Is it possible for the MFA to designate more experienced officials for the remaining league matches?

Also, I strongly condemn the most shameful attitude adopted by a small number of 'fans' at the end of the match. This does not do any credit to our club.

Finally, I want to pass this message to true Hibs supporters... the battle is not over yet, keep supporting the team till the end.
