Melita is now offering customers an easy way of managing all their Melita services without leaving their home or office. My Melita is a new website that simplifies access to all Melita services, making paperwork hassles a thing of the past.

"In today's busy world it is imperative that we help our customers manage their budgets in as simple and efficient a way as possible. Through My Melita, customers can check their account balances, pay bills, buy mobile credit, post billing enquiries, view pending and past invoices, apply for new services and even send eight free SMSs per day to all Melita mobile numbers," said Jonathan Chetcuti, Melita's web marketing executive.

My Melita is a very secure online portal that provides customers with a single user name and password that allows full management of all services in a customer's account.

In addition, the portal also provides itemised billing which helps customers to stay in control of their spend on communication services. It is an easy way to view current usage of telephony, internet and mobile services.

Using My Melita is simple: Visit http://my.melita.com and click on the new user link to create a new user name and password. Insert your account number and Pin (found at the bottom of your printed bill) and complete the security verification displayed on screen. Proceed to enter a valid email address, new password and choose a secret question in case you forget your password, confirm the new password and log into your new My Melita account.
