Green Dot Malta has submitted a case to the Office of the Ombudsman over the fact that GreenPak members who have been recycling since 2006 are being denied eco-contribution refunds.

Green Dot Malta are the operators of GreenPak, which is a Mepa-approved, authorised compliance scheme for the recovery of packaging waste in Malta.

The company, as the official sub-licensee of the Green Dot trade mark, has the full backing of Pro Europe, the Brussels-based international organisation for packaging waste recovery.
