Francis Basile this morning filed a judicial protest holding the Malta Transport Authority liable for damages after he had to pay €320 for repairs to his car.

He said the car was involved in an incident caused by the poor state of Tal-Balal Road in San Gwann.

The authority, he said, had failed to repair and maintain the road in a safe condition.
