Rude bus inspectors

A German family with a 12-year Malta connection were recently back for a short holiday.

They reported that they saw a general improvement in the manners of the bus drivers since they were here the first time but found the ticket inspector practice illogical and irritating to say the least. On the direct bus service from St Julians to Golden Bay, four inspectors boarded the bus.

At one point two inspectors occupied seats while passengers (mostly tourists) were standing. When this was pointed out to them, one shrugged his shoulders in nonchalance.

At one stop, one of the inspectors watched tourists pay the driver and collect their tickets, but then followed them in the bus to "check" their tickets. Unbelievable!

We are far off from giving a good impression. ADT please note and do something about it.
