Repeat arraignments on loitering charges
Sixty-five persons were arraigned for a total of 204 times last year for loitering for purposes of prostitution, Home Affairs Minister Carm Mifsud Bonnici said in reply to a parliamentary question by Chris Agius (PL).
The minister said in reply to other questions that the police last year arraigned no one for dog fighting.
The minister said 36 were arraigned for illegal gambling.

Unfortunately yes my friend. A consenting woman can't ask for a consenting man to have sex for money. But to raise unconsenting dogs, fed younger dogs and cats, living a miserable life end endure bestialities and be gamled illegally thousands of euros on seems to be socially acceptable

But we know that dog fighting IS taking place. So, does this mean that this heinous crime is not a top priority for our State?
