HSBC Bank Malta on Wednesday celebrated the fifth anniversary of HSBC Premier's launch in Malta.
The bank's unique service proposition for high net worth customers is the world's only truly global personalised retail banking service offering dedicated relationship management underpinned by tailored banking services, specialist advice on wealth management and assistance with international relocation.
Any customer who is a member of the global HSBC Premier family of nearly three million Premier customers is assured of immediate recognition and consistent global service in any HSBC branch or office in 89 countries. Forty countries have fully fledged HSBC Premier centres offering specific services.
Many of the unique benefits of HSBC Premier are designed for internationally mobile customers.
In 2007, the HSBC Premier service was relaunched internationally to incorporate new global features, including worldwide and local round-the-clock help line with emergency cash and assistance, a single view of all HSBC accounts held in different countries on one internet banking screen and free transfers from HSBC Premier accounts to other HSBC accounts anywhere in the world.
The HSBC Premier MasterCard service also offers free air miles, among other rewards.
HSBC Premier has recently been enhanced to include all HSBC Premier family members. These additional services include recog-nition and support for all the family wherever they go as well as educational features to help teach children the value of money and free family financial planning available through HSBC's specialised advisory team.
