As a customer of Go plc I feel I must share with readers and commend the excellent service this revitalised company is providing for its customers.

I reported a fault on Go's answering machine service at 8 a.m. on Monday morning and by 11.30 a.m. (that same morning) two company maintenance service men called and fixed the fault.

I would without any hesitation classify this as quality service! I must also commend Grace Pace for the exceptional customer relations service she provides.

On a final point, and now as a shareholder, I would like to comment on the company's results as I will not be able to attend this year's annual general meeting.

This year's profits were unfortunately annihilated due to an exceptional charge with regard to the negative outcome of a court decision and another charge for an item relative to an investment.

That said, the results were good and encouraging, and the company's balance sheet seems to be very solid.

The restructuring of this company under a dynamic new management seems to have worked well, and currently Go must be the island's leading telecoms provider.

Modest conclusion - the shares of this company are undervalued!
