Go's refurbished retail outlet in Victoria offering all four services

Go, Malta's leading quad-play telecoms provider, recently officially inaugurated its latest quad-play retail outlet situated in Republic Street, Victoria offering customers mobile, fixed telephony, broadband internet and television services - all from under one roof. The outlet was recently extensively refurbished and modernised.

The new outlet was officially inaugurated by Minister for Gozo Giovanna Debono, Go's CEO David Kay and Go's chief operations officer Norbert Prihoda. The new Go outlet caters also for mobile telephony services, and as a result the Go Mobile outlet in Fortunato Mizzi Street, Victoria, Gozo has terminated operations.

Mr Kay said: "This outlet, like the others we have opened in the last year, reflects Go's new, customer-focused identity and we are delighted that visitors - residents and members of the Gozo business community - can now enjoy the enhanced customer experience. Our new identity reflects our objective of converging our businesses from an operational as well as a customer point- of-view."

Ms Debono praised Go for implementing an ongoing upgrade of its retail outlets and noted that the one in Victoria was already proving very beneficial to the Gozitan community.

She said: "The new outlet in Victoria is a living demonstration of how Go has effectively developed its retail strategy in the interest of its customers. Apart from its inherent charm, the outlet is a true example of how retail experience should be developed forward - the most important aspect being the way customers are welcomed and provided with the service."

The retail outlet in Victoria is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The extended opening hours aim to provide customers with more flexibility while giving them more time to drop in at the retail outlet and see to all their telecom requirements.
