Mother's Day cake sale

The Malta Hospice Movement will be holding a Mother's Day bring and buy cake sale at the Hospice, 39 Good Shepherd Avenue, Balzan, from today to Friday, from 9 a.m. till 1 p.m. Any people or confectioneries wishing to donate cakes should call 2144 0085 or e-mail hospice@onvol.net.

Palio della Carriera Festival

The festival of Palio della Carriera will be held in Malta for the first time from tomorrow to May 12 due to a twinning agreement between Ħamrun local council and the municipality of Carpiento Romano in Italy.
